Shipping & Returns
A fast and safe delivery of your order is very important for us. We carefully pack your order in a cardboard box and order “door to door” delivery via courier FedEx, DHL, UPS, DPD, depending on country.
Delivery time and price
- Lithuania: 1-2 days - 5 EUR.
- European Union: 3-6 days - 20 EUR.
- Rest of Europe (Non-EU countries): 4-8 days - 22 EUR.
- USA, Canada: 2-7 days - 24 EUR.
- Rest of the world: 4-14 days - 40 EUR.
International taxes may be applied on your order before delivery. Please note that our product price and shipping doesn’t include any taxes or import fees.
Returns are accepted within 14 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost to Lithuania.
We will refund you the full cost of the returned item without shipping cost, if it is returned in its original condition (not used, in original packaging, without any damage, spots).
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If you are not sure about color, fabric weight or have any doubts about your choice, please order samples first or contact me before placing the order. It will help to avoid returns.
We send samples and small orders (envelope size) via registered airmail.
Delivery takes 7-28 days and costs 12 EUR.
