Shipping & Returns

A fast and safe delivery of your order is very important for us. We carefully pack your order in a cardboard box and order “door to door” delivery via courier FedEx, DHL, UPS, DPD, depending on country.

Delivery time and price

  • Lithuania: 1-2 days - 5 EUR.
  • European Union: 3-6 days - 25 EUR.
  • Rest of Europe (Non-EU countries): 4-8 days - 26 EUR.
  • USA, Canada: 2-7 days - 27 EUR.
  • Rest of the world: 4-14 days - 50 EUR.
  • Small samples / orders (envelope size) are sent via registered airmail: 7-28 days - 12 EUR

International taxes may be applied on your order before delivery. Please note that our product price and shipping doesn’t include any taxes or import fees.

Returns are accepted within 14 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost to Lithuania. 

We will refund you the full cost of the returned item without shipping cost, if it is returned in its original condition (not used, in original packaging, without any damage, spots). 

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

If you are not sure about color, fabric weight or have any doubts about your choice, please order samples first or contact me before placing the order. It will help to avoid returns.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION for US clients:

If you are ordering from outside the European Union, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once it arrives in your country.

For example, orders shipped to the United States may incur import charges around 15-20% depending on current regulations, order value, product type (check approximate charges here https://tariffs.flexport.com).

These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by your local custom authorities. They are typically collected by the shipping carrier (such as FedEx, UPS) before or upon the delivery.

Please note that we are not responsible for these charges, and they must be paid by the recipient.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for most up-to-date information on potential fees before placing your order.
