Shipping
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use FedEx, DHL, UPS, DPD, depending on destination country. For sending of samples or small orders (envelope size) we use registered airmail.
Every shipment has a tracking number which will be provided after sending.
How long will it take to get my order?
Your order will be made in 1-3 weeks (depending on item) plus delivery time to:
- Lithuania: 1-2 days - 5 EUR.
- European Union - 3-6 days.
- Europe (Non-EU countries) - 4-8 days.
- USA, Canada - 2-7 days.
- Rest of the world - 4-14 days.
Sending by post takes 7-28 days.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days, except for custom orders. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost to Lithuania (which can be unexpectedly high).
In order to avoid returns, please order samples first or contact us before placing the order, if you are not sure about color, fabric weight or have any doubts about your choice.
How do I get a refund for returns?
We will refund you the full cost of the returned item without shipping cost, if it is returned in its original condition (not used, in original packaging, without any damage, spots).
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Can I get my product personalized?
Yes, we can personalize your products. Please note, that custom orders cannot be returned.
How do you pack my order?
Your ordered linens are packed in white tissue paper, including a Thank You card with care instructions, then in polybag for protection purposes and in a cardboard box.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, we offer most of our products in bigger quantities.
